A bit about why I became a designer:
I pursued design to connect with and support people through life’s most intricate and stressful moments. Growing up as a first-generation student and daughter of immigrants, I witnessed firsthand the challenges of navigating unfamiliar systems. I saw my parents struggle with language barriers, financial literacy, and rapidly changing technology.
These experiences ignited my passion for creating approachable and accessible experiences. I realized that design goes beyond aesthetics—it fosters connection, senses emotions, and anticipates challenges to make life easier. Today, I design to craft inclusive, intuitive solutions for everyone.
A bit about how I became a designer:
My journey into design began at USC, where I earned my business degree and honed my strategic and analytical skills to solve business problems. Along the way, I discovered a passion for creating customer experiences that feel intuitive and human. This ultimately led me to the world of user experience.
Today, I combine my business expertise with design and writing to align company goals with customer-focused solutions. My aim is to craft innovative, empathetic designs that empower users, help them overcome challenges, and deliver measurable impact. I make every detail count and every decision impactful.
