I pursued design to connect with and support people during life's most intricate and stressful moments. Growing up as a first-generation student and daughter of immigrants, I saw the challenges of navigating unfamiliar systems and wanted to create experiences that are approachable and accessible.

Watching my parents face language and literacy barriers fueled my drive to design inclusive, intuitive solutions for everyone.

My goal is to guide and uplift others through challenges with empathy.

My journey into design was sparked at USC, where I earned my business degree. While sharpening my strategic and analytical skills to solve business problems, I found a deep passion for championing positive customer experiences.

I realized that for those feeling overwhelmed or uncertain, design offers more than just beautiful imagery—it brings life to the canvas and provides a deep human connection. It can sense your emotions, adapt the experience, and smooth your path by anticipating challenges before they arise.

Today, I blend my business expertise with my design and writing capabilities to align company objectives with customer-centric solutions. This approach enables me to craft innovative designs that leave a lasting impact on users while delivering measurable results.

I hope that my designs empower people to overcome challenges by providing them with the tools they need. I'm dedicated to embedding empathy into every experience, ensuring each interaction is not only easier but also genuinely supportive.
